This role focuses on execution—bringing established creative vision and communication strategy to life with clarity, consistency, and care. By faithfully producing mission-aligned content, this position helps ensure Grace’s vision is communicated clearly across platforms.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and manage high-quality graphic design and other digital content that supports Grace’s mission and ministries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Execute content requests in alignment with defined team strategy, brand standards, and timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with the Communications &amp; Creative teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging content.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design graphics for events, ministries, and promotions as directed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and edit visual assets for social media, website content, email communication, and in-service use</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in the creation of short-form video content and basic motion graphics as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare content drafts and design assets for review and approval</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adapt and repurpose approved creative assets across multiple platforms while maintaining visual and messaging consistency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all creative work adheres to Grace’s brand guidelines, tone, and theological standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Organize and manage creative files and assets to support efficient workflows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support ministry communication needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track and implement feedback revisions to ensure clarity and quality in final deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">All other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Proficiencies Needed</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in other content creation tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic design tools, video editing software).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Degree or experience in graphic design, media, or related field</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Who We Are</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Grace Church is a vibrant, regional, multi-campus congregation in the Cleveland, Ohio metro area, committed to exalting Jesus and making disciples who love Him deeply, grow with others faithfully, and serve the world boldly.
