    "requisitionDescription": "<p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Scorpion Harley-Davidson,</strong> a subsidiary of <strong>RumbleOn</strong>, has an immediate opening for a dependable and outgoing Lot Tech; capable of moving and arranging Motorcycles in our showroom and lot.</p><p>Responsibilities include general merchandising tasks to make motorcycles ready for display/sale, such as washing/cleaning vehicles, keeping our facility looking beautiful, and assisting with facility activities such as shipments and deliveries.</p><p>Scorpion Harley-Davidson Lot tech does not mind being on their feet most of the day, is a <em>team player that will jump in and help with whatever task needs to be done!</em></p><p><em>Main Responsibilities:<br></em></p><ul dir=\"auto\" style=\"overflow:hidden;\"><li>Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner</li><li>Organize Motorcycles in the front lot and showroom</li><li>Assist with tagging customers&rsquo; units as sold</li><li>Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building</li><li>Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery</li><li>Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists</li><li>Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested</li><li>Keep the showroom and lot clean and tidy</li><li>Assist with other duties as requested</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul dir=\"auto\" style=\"overflow:hidden;\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus</li><li>Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)</li><li>Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred</li><li>Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated</li><li>Ability to be on your feet most of the day</li><li>Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What RumbleOn/El Cajon Harley Davidson Offers You:</strong></p><p>A fun, relaxed, and casual work environment with awesome people by your side working as a team to ensure the entire group&#39;s success!
