          "text": "<p><strong><u>Starting Pay Rate Range</u>:&#xa0;</strong>$18.40 - $30.35</p><p><strong>Summary</strong><br>\nThe purpose of this job is to conduct blending operations and provide equipment maintenance at Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) blending plants.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong><br>\n1. Responsible for daily DEF blending process and collection and submission of product samples<br>\n2. Perform light plant maintenance (e.g., greasing equipment, monitoring the water system, replacing equipment filters and resin beds, sweeping) to prevent equipment failure<br>\n3. Collaborate daily with the DEF Rail Movements Specialist to schedule rail car deliveries of DEF concentrate to plant(s)<br>\n4. Troubleshoot, with guidance from the Assistant Manager, equipment repairs for technical and mechanical issues; maintain inventory of replacement parts<br>\n5. Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed at the blending site(s)<br>\n6. Recommend improvements for DEF plant operations and assist in implementing any operational changes at direction of manager<br>\n7. Travel to other DEF sites to conduct blending operations as needed<br>\n8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level<br>\n9. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures<br>\n10. Complete other duties as assigned</p>",
