Then National Beef could be your next career move!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>3 ½ day Work Week with a 4 week work day rotation</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Drum Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administration of chemicals and monitoring of drums and process, while maintaining the highest attainable quality of hide.</li>\n <li>Drum Processing</li>\n <li>Performing hide quality audits</li>\n <li>Proper chemical handling</li>\n <li>Computer Operation</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an on-site position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Night Shift Drum Operator position should possess the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read, write and speak English</li>\n <li>Be clean-shaven is advised for personal safety purposes due to position requiring use of respiratory equipment</li>\n <li>Have High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Be willing to work 12 hour shifts, including weekends</li>\n <li>Be able to lift at least 55 pounds</li>\n <li>Be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment</li>\n <li>Have computing and mathematical skills</li>\n <li>Have the ability to distinguish color, color coded buckets for chemicals</li>\n <li>Have the ability to go up and down stairs</li>\n <li>Be a team player</li>\n <li>Chemical and QA/Lab Background is preferred but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
