      "content": "\n<li>Facilitate CBI Life Skills and/or Family Relations classes using evidence based and standardized curriculum to the participants.</li>\n\n\n<li>Conduct class and facilitate individual sessions to develop action plans and/or provide make-up work; this does not include developing relapse prevention plans.</li>\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and document progress of participants assigned to their classes.</li>\n\n\n<li>Engage participants daily, reinforce group norms and expectations for participation and completion.</li>\n\n\n<li>Document delivery of CBI programming services in ARMS.</li>\n\n\n<li>Work collaboratively with the CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institution, and CDCR contracted staff.</li>\n\n\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
