    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>MasTec Civil is hiring a Senior Estimator to assist in the growth of our Florida market! </p>\n<p>This individual should have a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience + minimum 2 years of field experience in Heavy Civil Construction, specifically with roadways and bridges. The person in this role should also be knowledgeable in contract delivery methods: design-build, design-bid-build, Lump Sum, etc., and contract experience with: FLDOT/turnpike, cities/counties, airport authority.</p>\n<p>This candidate must be a self-motivated person, willing to collaborate with peers, teach young engineers, and constantly strives to identify problems and solutions. </p>\n<p><strong>**We are open to experienced candidates located anywhere in the state of Florida and considerations will be made for hybrid or remote + light travel work arrangements. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>COMPANY OVERVIEW:</strong></p>\n<p>Founded in 1987, MasTec Civil, LLC (formerly known as Condotte America) is a heavy highway contractor specializing in the construction of complex transportation projects that include roadway, bridges, interchanges, mass transit, and tolling facilities.
