The Bilingual Digital Collections Specialists are responsible for responding to borrowers via different digital communication channels with delinquent accounts, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to cure borrower’s delinquency. This role will also maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
