    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Studco Building Systems is a leader in innovative building products and is looking to grow its Warehouse Team!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Studco offers various developmental and career progression opportunities internally.  Work your way from a entry level position to a Team Lead!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Studco is currently looking for a hard working and fast paced Forklift Operator to support either our 1st shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (3:15 - 11:45 PM) team! </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The Material Handler/Forklift Operator will be responsible for the following tasks.  Please note this position involves a split of about 60% of work being on the forklift and 40% being standing and moving around. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Job Duties/Requirements: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Sit down propane Forklift Operation Experience Required</span></li>\n<li>Band packs coming off machines</li>\n<li>Load onto forklift and place in warehouse or staging for next day delivery</li>\n<li>Retrieve finished packs from warehouse/yard</li>\n<li>Stage packs for breakdown</li>\n<li>Stage packs for loading</li>\n<li>Ensure packs contain quality parts</li>\n<li>Maintain organized warehouse and yard</li>\n<li>Perform break down of packs as required</li>\n<li>Assemble and pack orders for Resilmount</li>\n<li>Identify packs for shipment</li>\n<li>Ensure packs contain quality parts (no damage)<br></li>\n<li>Put away finished packs in warehouse/yard</li>\n<li>Maintain excellent housekeeping standards of warehouse, loading bay, breakdown area, cut-down area, forklifts and stock-yard</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>All candidates are expected to comply with Studco's People KPI's including the organizations core values:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Caring for the well being of all stakeholders</li>\n<li>Act with the utmost integrity and honesty</li>\n<li>Take responsibility and be accountable</li>\n<li>Passion for everything we do</li>\n<li>Change construction through innovation</li>\n<li>Intensely focus on customers</li>\n<li>Listen, understand and act</li>\n<li>What we do we excel at</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
