We are actively seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to be responsible for sales and business development. The Corporate Partnerships Manager is driven, focused, and has a strong desire to deliver results in a high-growth company. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California.<br> <br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:</span><br> <br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute business development and corporate market research programs to identify and evaluate potential corporate partners for participation in Plug &amp; Play Innovation programs in SV.</li>\n<li>The purpose is to grow the Plug and Play Energy vertical.</li>\n<li>Conduct market research and analyses of companies in the relevant vertical to determine their viability for participation in Plug &amp; Play Accelerator Programs.</li>\n<li>Be interested in the innovation activities of corporations and convince new partners to join the platform to support innovation within our programs and innovation strategies.</li>\n<li>Work in conjunction with the Vertical Director and Ventures to close corporate membership contracts and allocate resources throughout the sales cycle.</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver presentations and proposals for prospects highlighting the advantages, features, and functions of Plug and Play.</li>\n<li>Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitive issues and products.</li>\n<li>Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.</li>\n<li>Provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts through CRM.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</span><br> <br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for Energy and Climate Tech.<br></li>\n<li>Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or 5+ years of industry experience in the energy sector, business development, or relevant engineering fields (e.g., mechanical, civil, or materials engineering).<br></li>\n<li>3+ years of work experience in sales and corporate client-facing role<br></li>\n<li>Experience with B2B-based partnerships in your vertical category<br></li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environment.<br></li>\n<li>Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills<br></li>\n<li>Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements – Start-up experience a plus<br></li>\n<li>Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity<br></li>\n<li>Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for new products and solutions<br></li>\n<li>This is an in-person role based in our Sunnyvale office, with an expectation of working onsite four days per week during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Occasional travel may be required.<br></li>\n</ul>",
