    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Purpose</strong>:</p><p>Maintaining the manufacturing operations, troubleshoot hardware and software failures, and work to continuously improve the systems, processes, and procedures in area of responsibility.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Role activities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Follow safety rules, and comply with H&amp;S, Environment, and Quality management systems</li><li>&nbsp;Proactively participate and promote 5S and safety programs</li><li>&nbsp;Troubleshooting of PLC&rsquo;s, AC/DC Motors, Drives, Robots, and other Electrical components</li><li>&nbsp;Read / Troubleshoot Electrical prints and diagrams</li><li>&nbsp;Perform planned maintenance activities on the equipment during stoppages</li><li>&nbsp;Perform continuous inspection of the equipment to ensure correct operation and early diagnosis of problems</li><li>&nbsp;Take a full part in diagnosis of production / quality problems and then implementing corrective action plans</li><li>&nbsp;To cover for Production Technicians as and when required</li><li>&nbsp;Work to continuously improve the systems, processes, and procedures in area of responsibility.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competences:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical Degree, preferred.</li><li>Previous maintenance experience that demonstrates a high level of troubleshooting skills, electrical and mechanical with an emphasis on electrical&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of PLC (Siemens), and Drive programming and maintenance.&nbsp;Experience of robotics, extruders/injectors and other process machinery to include CNC is a plus.</li><li>Capability to work on own initiative, autonomously where required and to take responsibility.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment, participating in continuous improvement activities using problem solving techniques.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal Qualities &amp; Behaviors:</strong></p><ul><li>Safety Focused</li><li>Proactive&nbsp;</li><li>Self-Motivated</li><li>Resilient</li><li>Methodical Mind-set</li><li>Flexible &amp; Reliable</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>At Pirelli, we don&rsquo;t just accept difference - we support, celebrate, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products and our community.
