Por eso, buscamos Director Tecnico.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Propósito:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hacer posible que el negocio crezca y opere con agilidad, asegurando cumplimiento regulatorio sin volver la operación lenta o compleja,  garantizando que todo lo que producimos y vendemos cumple normativa (BPM/BPA) y estándares de calidad, protegiendo la operación y la licencia del negocio.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Que debe garantizar este rol:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Garantizar que ningún producto salga con riesgo regulatorio o de calidad (control de BPM/BPA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Traducir la normativa (BPM/BPA) en procesos simples y ejecutables haciendo fácil que la operación  esté alineada con los entes regulatorios (ICA / auditorías / certificaciones).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Asegurar que producción, calidad y documentación estén alineados y funcionen en la práctica (fórmulas, validaciones, estabilidad, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Capacidad de responder crisis: retiros de producto, hallazgos regulatorios.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Auditorías y mejora continua del sistema de calidad.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liderar al equipo técnico y ser referente de criterio técnico (BPM/BPA) en la compañía.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Encontrar el “cómo sí” para lanzar, producir y escalar productos cumpliendo normas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Anticiparse a riesgos regulatorios antes de que impacten el negocio.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Diseñar procesos simples, claros y auditables (sin sobrecarga operativa).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ser el puente entre operación, calidad y regulatorio.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Tomar decisiones técnicas con criterio de negocio (no solo técnico).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Perfil mínimo:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Químico farmacéutico</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">+5 años en industria farmacéutica (humana o veterinaria)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experiencia directa en BPM/BPA y certificaciones (ICA/Invima)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ofrecemos: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contrato a termino indefinido</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Beneficios empresariales</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Salario a convenir </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Modelo Hibrido </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>",
