We’re hiring and we want difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div><div style=\"margin-right: 0px;\"><p><strong>&nbsp;As an Infant Nursery Supervisor, you’ll: &nbsp;</strong></p></div><div style=\"margin-right: 0px;\"><ul><li><strong>Create!</strong>&nbsp;Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li><strong>Care!</strong>&nbsp;Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li><strong>Call the shots!</strong>&nbsp;Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Communicate!</strong>&nbsp;Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div><div style=\"margin-right: 0px;\"><div style=\"margin-right: 0px;\"><p><strong>We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:  &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. &nbsp;</li><li>The ability to meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements.  &nbsp;</li><li>Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children&nbsp;</li><li>Hold an current early childhood professional credential level II or higher in version 3.0, as determined by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, have a minimum of nine (9) months (1,365 hours) of verifiable experience in the care and supervision of infants and/or toddlers, and:<ul><li>(a) Has completed one (1) three (3) semester credit hour course in infant/toddler development; or</li><li>(b) Has completed the Department-approved expanding quality in infant and toddler care training course.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Compensation ($25.00 - $26.50 hourly) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.<br>Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers</li><li>Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees</li><li>All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. &nbsp;Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter.
