Travel regularly with a team to various sites within Kentucky.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Hours &amp; Training Program:&nbsp;</u></strong>Monday- Friday (block schedule with varying hours, and regular Sundays off). Schedule to be assigned after completion of approximately 10 - 12 weeks of training which will occur Monday &ndash; Friday but may not be consecutive.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Note:&nbsp;</strong>There will be times when employees will be required to work on days that are not within their normal schedules due to special events, when shift coverage otherwise dictates, or as a result of business needs.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Pay:&nbsp;</u></strong><strong>$17-$19&nbsp;</strong>per hour, based on education and experience <strong>(includes $1.50 mobile premium).</strong></p><p><strong><u>Training:&nbsp;</u></strong> This position is located in Somerset, but training will be approximately 10 &ndash; 12 weeks at our Beaumont location in Lexington (this time may not be consecutive).</p><p><strong><u>Lodging is provided and mileage is reimbur</u>sed.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Work Environment:&nbsp;</u></strong>This position is very physical and regularly involves the following:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds when loading and unloading or restocking.&nbsp;</li><li>Carrying equipment up and downstairs.</li><li>Regularly setting up and breaking down equipment at various locations.&nbsp;</li><li>Travel by vehicle to/from blood drive sites.</li><li>Occasional work at donor centers.&nbsp;</li><li>Standing and walking for long periods of time.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma/equivalent.
