The desired candidate will have excellent working knowledge of all dealership accounting and business office functions.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Duties include but are not limited to the following:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Ability to supervise all office functions</li>\r\n\t<li>Analysis of expenses, assets, liabilities and the ability to communicate findings&nbsp;&nbsp;with General</li>\r\n\t<li>Manager and department managers. Produce, maintain and submit manufacturer financial statement</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain a chart of accounts</li>\r\n\t<li>Month end and Year end closing procedures</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain Fixed Assets</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain floor plan; daily payoffs and monthly reconciliations</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain daily cash reconciliations</li>\r\n\t<li>Reconcile bank statements</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepare and submit monthly sales, lease and tire tax reports</li>\r\n\t<li>Reconcile all schedules</li>\r\n\t<li>Reconcile dealer finance reserve statements</li>\r\n\t<li>CDK experience preferred, but not required</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\nFlow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
