We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in Bartending required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>    EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have certification from bartending school.</li>\n <li>Must be TIPs or other Alcohol Awareness program certified. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>    LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>   CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain Gardena City Work Permit.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>    PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a consistent basis.</li>\n <li>Position requires frequent bending and lifting.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>    WORK ENVIRONMENT </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 or older.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide quality and courteous beverage service to Casino players and guests. Have a good working relationship with all employees.</li>\n <li>Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.</li>\n <li>Take beverage orders and collect payment from guests.</li>\n <li>Assure that all orders are taken correctly and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Be completely familiar with all liquor brands, beers, and mixed drinks.</li>\n <li>Have knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes for each drink.</li>\n <li>Develop expertise in the use of the computer terminal system.</li>\n <li>Never indicate that a tip, “toke”, or gratuity is expected for service.</li>\n <li>Clearly communicate “last call” at the designated closing time.</li>\n <li>Remove empty bar glasses and bottles from tables.</li>\n <li>Be watchful for persons who appear to be under the legal drinking age limit.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness at all times.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.</li>\n <li>Be alert to recognize when a guest may have had enough to drink.</li>\n <li>Abide by ABC rules at all times.</li>\n <li>Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Shift Manager.</li>\n</ul>",
