This role sits in FP&amp;A to ensure strong governance and a single set of numbers (“one number, one story”). The role builds GTN and trade investment foundations, standard definitions, and a repeatable insight cadence while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities &amp; Performance Indicators</span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; control non-negotiables</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Forecast governance: FP&amp;A remains the single owner of the official forecast; Commercial Finance owns the commercial drivers/inputs and must avoid parallel numbers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Trade spend governance: agreed approval limits, pre-event sign-off, post-event review for key events, and periodic claims validation to reduce leakage.</span></li>\n<li><span>GTN controls: standard GTN buckets, documented assumptions, monthly accrual process, ageing and reconciliation cadence, and evidence-based adjustments.</span></li>\n<li><span>Data integrity: master data hygiene (customer hierarchy, promo classification, pricing/terms) with defined owners and change control.</span></li>\n<li><span>Compliance: adhere to internal control framework, Delegation of Authority, and applicable industry/regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key deliverables &amp; operating cadence</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Weekly:</span></span><span> commercial tracker refresh (sales, promo, spend), risks &amp; opportunities log, key decision support for active negotiations/promotions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Monthly:</span></span><span> GTN waterfall and accrual review; customer/channel profitability review; commercial performance pack and deep-dive; forecast driver alignment with FP&amp;A; variance analysis and action tracking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Quarterly:</span></span><span> trade and claims reconciliation; ROI and effectiveness reviews for top investments; pricing/terms review; governance forum effectiveness check.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Annual:</span> budget support; strategic plan inputs; trade strategy and A&amp;P effectiveness assessment; benefits tracking and lessons learned roll-up.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>About You</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes,</span><span> <br></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (Essential) with prior business partnering experience</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related area (Essential)</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>CPA/CA (Desirable)</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven expertise in financial systems such as SAP, TM1, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar planning tools</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Familiarity with automation and analytics platforms such as Alteryx; exposure to Python, SQL, or AI-driven tools is a plus</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and geographies</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Consumer product background is advantageous</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Additional Requirements / Working Conditions</span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Adhere to company values at all times</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>",
