    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Adjunct is responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, grading and assessment, and professional responsibilities as a member of the instructional team of a school or academic department.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Teach a minimum of one graduate level course</li>\n <li>Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts</li>\n <li>Be prompt and accurate in the recording and reporting of student data</li>\n <li>Support student learning goals by: focusing on student learning outcomes, taking into account the needs and abilities of the students, and becoming familiar with academic and social support</li>\n <li>Maintaining the academic integrity of the university</li>\n <li>Making himself/herself available to assist student in achieving their learning goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Education/Experience</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>A Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Human Resources is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal).</li>\n <li>A high degree of interpersonal competency: professionalism, diplomacy, judgement, and discretion.</li>\n <li>Overall business acumen, ethical decision making, and relationship management skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of higher education processes.</li>\n <li>Administrative experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<h2>Maximum Salary</h2>USD $3,750.00/Course\n<h2>Minimum Salary</h2>USD $3,000.00/Course",
