We want our teachers to have the integrity and knowledge to push students to excel beyond expectations.</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>What We Offer:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Flexible Schedule (Average 14-20 hours per week approximately)</li>\r\n<li>Pre-screened 4th - 12th grade students that fit your expertise and schedule</li>\r\n<li>Ongoing office support and access to resources</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span>Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>College grad preferred</li>\r\n<li>Previous experience in teaching/tutoring required</li>\r\n<li>Ability to build rapport with students</li>\r\n<li>Knowledge of 4th-12th school grade subjects</li>\r\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\r\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Teams, Student Information System</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Manage and educate students in a semi-classroom setting</li>\r\n<li>Design and implement lesson plans at varying academic levels</li>\r\n<li>Establish academic goals and milestones with students</li>\r\n<li>Document and communicate progress reports</li>\r\n<li>Provide constructive feedback for students</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>Job Type:</span><span> </span>Part-time on contract basis</p>\r\n<p><span>Schedule:</span><span> </span>Weekdays + Saturday</p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Mon-Fri - 2:00pm-5:00pm</li>\r\n<li>Sat - 12:00pm-2:00pm</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span>Reporting Structure:</span><span> </span>School Principal</p>\r\n<p>Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract</p>\r\n<p>COVID-19 considerations:<br>Social distancing + mask requirements.
