    "description": "<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health Wilmington|Wilmington| Part Time| Days</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>To perform with a high degree of competency all clinical aspects of respiratory care for all age groups (adult, geriatric, and pediatrics)</li>\n <li>Alveolar recruitment therapy </li>\n <li>Lung expansion therapy (Incentive spirometry)</li>\n <li>Aerosolized medication delivery systems</li>\n <li>Medical gas systems</li>\n <li>Ventilator initiation, management, and troubleshooting for adult and pediatric patients</li>\n <li>Bronchial hygiene therapy </li>\n <li>Arterial blood gas puncture, analysis and interpretation</li>\n <li>Non-invasive monitoring systems </li>\n <li>Infection control procedures</li>\n <li>Non-Invasive Ventilation </li>\n <li>Bronchoscopy assist</li>\n <li>Registered Respiratory Therapist</li>\n <li>Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner from the State of Ohio</li>\n <li>BLS and ACLS </li>\n <li>Graduate of Associate degree or higher accredited Respiratory Care program</li>\n <li>One year practice as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner preferred</li>\n <li>Must possess quality assessment skills and independent critical thinking, utilizing therapist driven protocols to drive appropriate patient care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
