Other benefits include LTD and life insurance, all paid entirely by the Firm, and a 401(k) plan that includes profit sharing.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What you will be doing</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Engage in strategic client planning, including analysis, plan development, recommendations, and presentations.</li><li>Manage project budgets for tax services, ensuring profitability throughout the engagement process.</li><li>Assist with client billings, ensuring appropriate write-offs.</li><li>Represent clients in IRS matters before federal and state tax authorities.</li><li>Coordinate various phases of large tax engagements, managing staff requirements, scheduling, and locations to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Utilize reporting and analytics to monitor budgets throughout engagements and maintain firm profitability.</li><li>Identify additional services for existing clients and establish new business through referrals and contacts.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What you must&nbsp;have</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university, and/or equivalent years of experience.&nbsp;</li><li>CPA license required.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance.
