    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;font-variant:normal;white-space:pre-wrap;\"><span style=\"font-family:Garamond, serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"><span style=\"font-style:normal;\"><span style=\"text-decoration:none;\"><strong>Comunilife Inc</strong> is looking for a <strong>Porter </strong>for its new congregate site in the&nbsp;<strong>Bronx, El Hogar.&nbsp;</strong></span></span></span></span></span></span>The Porter/Housekeeper maintains the facility&rsquo;s interior, exterior and entrances in a clean and safe manner as well as assists in maintaining office space and client units to agency and regulator and funder standards.&nbsp;<strong>This position is eligible for Comuniiife&#39;s generous&nbsp;benefits and paid time off package.</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Clean hallways, rooms, offices and communal areas on a regularly scheduled basis.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Dispose of garbage in accordance with the facility schedule.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Complete work orders as assigned, particularly related to cleaning and disinfecting.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other program materials.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Collect and dispose of trash and garbage.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Report all emergency situations to the building&rsquo;s Superintendent, i.e., loss of heat, leaks and power outages.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Participate in the moving of the clients including turn-over of apartments.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Prepare apartments for client occupancy including assisting with painting.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Provide back up in emergency safety situations.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p>Perform other related duties as assigned.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
