This position is responsible for assisting with patient intake, scheduling, and administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compassion.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Patient Intake &amp; Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Take and record vital signs accurately.</p></li><li><p>Check in patients and complete registration processes.</p></li><li><p>Prep charts for the following day to ensure smooth workflow.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>Communication &amp; Coordination</b></p><ul><li><p>Correspond with patients regarding appointments and inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Conduct patient outreach to schedule appointments.</p></li><li><p>Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><b>Scheduling &amp; Financial Transactions</b></p><ul><li><p>Schedule patient appointments efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Collect co-payments and outstanding patient balances.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or related certification preferred.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.</p></li><li><p>Ability to provide excellent customer service</p></li><li><p>Ability to work scheduled hours</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Salary Range:</b></p><p>$19.29 hourly</p>",
