Be capable of working with minimal supervision and instructions. &nbsp;Maintain a clean and safe working area, and perform regularly scheduled maintenance on the equipment and alerting the maintenance department with potential mechanical problems. &nbsp;Work in teams and be required to assist other departments as needed.&nbsp; Encouraged to provide suggestions to management on quality and safety improvements regarding the work environment and the product.</p><ol><li>Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, blue prints and scamatics</li><li>Must demonstrate good organizational and time management skills to ensure completion in the most efficient manner</li><li>Must be able to work with interruptions during a work shift</li><li>May be required to work at height of 10 feet from structures, platforms and ladders</li><li>Must be capable of standing constantly</li><li>May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be capable of bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching and climbing</li><li>Must possess required equipment and tools</li></ol></div></div>\n",
