Position Description: Production Supervisor - Mechanical Assembly, Wiring Assembly & Test Technician - 2nd Shift We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead the assembly team. The Production Supervisor – Assembly, Wiring and Test is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assembly, wiring and test departments to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role leads a team of assemblers and test technicians to, coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.
