Licensed Early Childhood Programs in the promotion and implementation of Parent Aware.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong><u>:</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Demonstrate commitment to the agency&rsquo;s mission statement and core values at all times.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Follow all mandated reporting laws for child abuse and neglect.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Promote Parent Aware Quality Rating and Improvement System by disseminating information to Early Childhood Programs, parents and community members in Dakota, Scott, and Carver Counties using standardized tools.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Recruit Early Childhood programs to participate in the Parent Aware program.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Provide quality coaching and technical assistance services using the Parent Aware - Building Quality Coaching/Advising process to licensed Early Childhood programs in Dakota, Scott, and Carver Counties to help them achieve a star rating.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Demonstrate commitment to work with diverse populations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Attends District, State and other Child Care Aware meetings/trainings and all 360 Communities meetings as directed by supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Completes and maintains accurate paperwork and tools to help monitor progress and measure outcomes as needed for statistical and reporting purposes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Attends all training sessions as needed or as directed by supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as the need is apparent or as requested or delegated.</li></ol></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><h1 style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Qualifications</span></h1><p style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\"><u>Education and/or Experience:</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 25.25px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Early Childhood, Child Development, Parent Education, or related field from four-year College or University.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5pt;\">2-3 years of related experience.
