They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOUR CHALLENGE:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer insights, and business objectives. </span></li>\n<li><span>Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and data sources. </span></li>\n<li><span>Translate requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria together with the Product Owner.</span></li>\n<li><span>Partner with engineering, content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables. </span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration. </span></li>\n<li><span>Track progress, identify risks, and ensure that product releases meet quality standards and timelines. </span></li>\n<li><span>Support go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, and launch coordination. </span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to drive product adoption and performance. </span></li>\n<li><span>Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success. </span></li>\n<li><span>Use analytics and insights to optimize performance and inform future product decisions. </span></li>\n<li><span>Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from surveys, interviews, and user testing. </span></li>\n<li><span>Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and shape future iterations. </span></li>\n<li><span>Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. </span></li>\n<li><span>Identify new opportunities and potential risks within the product domain.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3+ years of experience in product development. </span></li>\n<li><span>Proven ability to define and deliver product requirements based on research, data, and insights. </span></li>\n<li><span>Previous experience within the iGaming or online sports industry is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions. </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and execution. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels of seniority. </span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of design and UX principles, and familiarity with product prototyping processes. </span></li>\n<li><span>Technical proficiency and understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies. </span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge on AI tools is preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>",
