style=\"font-weight: bold\">operations and management</span> of a STACK Data Center Campus, ensuring <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">operational excellence</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">regulatory compliance</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">budget control</span>, and high levels of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">client satisfaction</span> across the site.</p>\n<p>You will oversee the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Critical Operations team</span>, coordinate vendors and projects, and ensure the campus operates safely and efficiently in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">24/7 environment</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>• Lead <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">safe and compliant campus operations</span> across all critical infrastructure activities</p>\n<p> • Manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Critical Operations team</span>, supporting training and team development</p>\n<p> • Oversee <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">preventative and corrective maintenance programs</span> to ensure operational reliability</p>\n<p> • Coordinate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">vendors, contractors, and project activities</span>, including fit-out and commissioning works</p>\n<p> • Develop and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical procedures</span> for maintenance activities and emergency situations</p>\n<p> • Monitor <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">facility performance</span> and respond to operational incidents or abnormal conditions</p>\n<p> • Lead <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">incident reporting</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">root cause analysis</span>, and continuous improvement initiatives</p>\n<p> • Manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">site audits</span> and ensure compliance with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">statutory, HSE, and STACK requirements</span></p>\n<p> • Manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CAPEX/OPEX budgets</span>, forecasting, and operational reporting including KPIs and site status</p>\n<p> • Collaborate with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">internal teams and clients</span> to support operational activities and maintain high customer satisfaction</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>• Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Center</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">critical facilities</span>, or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">campus/facility management</span> environments</p>\n<p> • Knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">critical infrastructure systems</span> including cooling, power, and maintenance operations</p>\n<p> • Experience managing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">24/7 operations</span>, vendors, and operational teams</p>\n<p> • Strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">leadership</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">communication</span>, and stakeholder management skills</p>\n<p> • Understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">regulatory compliance</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HSE</span>, and operational best practices</p>\n<p> • Financial awareness with experience managing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">operational budgets</span></p>\n<p> • Fluent in <span
