Join <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Hall Constructors</span> as a <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Civil Superintendent</span>!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As the Superintendent, you report to one of Hall's General Superintendents, with responsibility and oversight of a construction project site, with the goal of executing profitable capital construction projects. The Superintendent provides the exciting opportunity to work on some of the highest-profile construction projects in British Columbia. Partnering closely with site leaders, Project Managers/Coordinators, and on-site engineers to ensure the quality of the projects meets Hall standards and is completed on time and within budget. The Superintendent leads on-site construction operations regularly with Foremen, and company leaders to ensure safety, cost control, and accurate scheduling are all top of mind.</p>\n<p><br><em>Core Responsibilities:</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review site schedules and work with dispatch to allocate crews.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with management and field staff on all aspects of the job.</li>\n<li>Review all time sheets with coordinator for accuracy and approval daily.</li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with Superintendents to coordinate equipment needs and utilization.</li>\n<li>Ensure that purchase orders and requisitions for all materials and supplies are completed daily.</li>\n<li>Provide input where needed on candidates in the running.</li>\n<li>Communicate hiring needs to General Superintendent.</li>\n<li>Attend project closeout meeting to ensure successful completion of projects.</li>\n<li>Review all time sheets with coordinator for accuracy approve daily.</li>\n<li>Work with leadership and PMs on work schedules.</li>\n<li>Review build productions for each task with Foremen and other site leaders.</li>\n<li>Be a progressive, collaborative, and dynamic leader and communicator.
