    "description": "<p>PRP Program Coordinator / Lead Rehabilitation Counselor (Part-Time)</p>\n<p>Company: Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center</p>\n<p>Program: OMHC / Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span></p>\n<p>- Part-Time</p>\n<p>- Monday–Friday</p>\n<p>- Approximately 30–35 hours per week</p>\n<p>- Generally between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<p>- $18-$19 per hour (W2 position)</p>\n<p>- Opportunity for productivity-based incentive pay as the program grows</p>\n<p>- Opportunity for advancement over time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Position Summary:</p>\n<p>Caring Hands Behavioral Health Center is seeking a PRP Program Coordinator / Lead Rehabilitation Counselor to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) while also maintaining a small client caseload.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a hybrid role that combines program coordination, scheduling, and operational oversight with direct client services. This position is designed to grow into a more senior coordination and leadership role as the program expands.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Program Coordination &amp; Operations:</p>\n<p>- Coordinate daily staff schedules and client assignments</p>\n<p>- Support intake scheduling and client flow</p>\n<p>- Serve as a point of contact for case managers and internal staff</p>\n<p>- Monitor visit completion and documentation follow-up</p>\n<p>- Support daily program operations and front desk flow as needed</p>\n<p>- Track caseload distribution and basic productivity</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical / PRP Services:</span></p>\n<p>- Provide PRP services to a limited caseload (approximately 18-20 clients)</p>\n<p>- Complete required documentation in a timely and compliant manner</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Expectations:</span></p>\n<p>- Maintain organized scheduling and smooth daily operations</p>\n<p>- Ensure clients are being seen as scheduled</p>\n<p>- Ensure documentation is completed timely</p>\n<p>- Support compliance with OMHC / PRP standards</p>\n<p>- Help build structure and consistency in program operations</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Growth Opportunity:</span></p>\n<p>This role includes a 90-day performance review and is designed to grow in responsibility and hours over time, with a potential path toward a more senior coordination role and possible full-time status as the program expands.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred</p>\n<p>- Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills</p>\n<p>- Comfortable with scheduling, multitasking, and problem-solving</p>\n<p>- Good communication and teamwork skills</p>\n<p>- EMR experience (splashMD) preferred</p>\n<p>- PRP / OMHC experience is a plus (but not required if trainable)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Type:</span></p>\n<p>- W2 Employee</p>\n<p>- Part-Time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>How to Apply:</p>\n<p>Please submit your resume and contact information.</p>",
