    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Fabrication &amp; Welding Technician</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Location: Watertown, SD<br>Division: Fabrication<br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br><br>Job Summary<br>This position supports Sentry’s fabrication shop with a focus on cutting, welding, and assembling steel components. The right candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting and be comfortable working at a specific station while also helping where needed.<br><br>We are willing to train the right person who shows up ready to work, communicates well, and takes pride in learning new skills.<br><br>Responsibilities<br>- MIG and Dual Shield welding<br>- Plasma cutting and material preparation<br>- Grinding and finishing work<br>- Reading basic shop drawings<br>- Measuring, layout, and material prep<br>- Operating fabrication equipment<br>- Quality checks on finished parts<br>- Safe material handling<br>- Keeping work areas clean and organized<br>- Supporting other shop operations as needed<br><br>Preferred Experience<br>- Manufacturing or fabrication shop background<br>- Welding experience<br>- Familiarity with cutting and grinding tools<br>- Comfortable working as part of a team<br>- Willingness to learn and be trained<br><br>What We’re Looking For<br>We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, communicate well, and work as part of a team.
