font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary of Position:</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Architect will plan and design, and/or facilitate the execution of new building designs, and plan, design and/or facilitate the execution of building expansions or renovations according to clients’ needs, desires, and financial resources.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understand Architectural Practice Leader’s expectations throughout each phase of the </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span>Review and understand project scope and contractual obligations for each project / professional services agreement.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identifies, through consultation, clients’ requirements, approximate budget, timetable, and possible needs for future expansion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Determines clients’ preferences regarding materials, styles, colors, and other variables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attempts to identify through collaboration clients’ priorities in terms of needs vs. </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">desires.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span>Assists clients in defining their priorities and vision by preparing 3D renderings of various options.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate Project Team and collaboration with all disciplines by leading the development of:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Project Plans &amp; Specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Code Review and Compliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communication and exchange of information amongst all team members</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for creating and organizing the following</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Document format &amp; presentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Document Review and Accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintaining design schedule and meeting deadlines</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Creates detailed architectural plans integrating civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical, and HVAC, and fire protection documents; presents plans to clients for review and approval.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Modifies new or existing plans as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepares drawings and specifications as required to secure bids.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborates with estimator and project manager to select trade contractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborates with construction team to facilitate the building process to ensure timely completion of projects, within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversees </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">and </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">mentors </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Architectural </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Designers </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">to </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">ensure </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">project </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">success.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with the Architectural Practice Leader to create renderings, site layouts and other graphics as needed to support project pursuit efforts.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Abilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Extremely proficient with Revit &amp; Enscape</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent problem-solving and consultation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Education<br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">and Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Five years of relevant experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Active board licensure is required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
