Seek to identify opportunities to improve our members&rsquo; financial lives through counseling and education. Sell Credit Union products and services using the needs based sales approach. Maintain a high level of quality standards.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Build long term relationships with members utilizing Member Value culture and adhere to the credit union&rsquo;s Universal Behaviors Policy.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for sales of all credit union products and services by uncovering member&nbsp;needs and cross selling appropriately.</li><li>&nbsp;Provides members with superior service and information in regard to products offered by the credit union; researches and solves member questions, service issues, problems, and complaints.
