Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Professional Development Assistance Team Building Events Incentive Program Responsibilities: Provide substitute coverage as needed on an on-call or fixed schedule Provide academic/ behavioral support to student during the school day Must have reliable transportation Work collaboratively with a Behavior Consultant clinical supervisor to collect data Respond to the goals, needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors, on an individualized basis and in a professional manner Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations And More! About You: If you have these attributes: Passionate to work with children, adolescents, families and therapists Sterling values, high integrity Excellent oral and written communication skills Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind. Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality Excellent time management/organizational skills Act with humility and grace Empathetic & considerate of others Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment And this background: Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind Bilingual is a plus RBT preferred.
