This role ensures that financial workflows, data structures, security, and system configurations meet the needs of a complex higher-education environment, including decentralized budgeting, auxiliary operations, grants management, research activity, and multi-fund accounting.</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Define, document, and govern end-to-end Finance processes supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Expenses, Assets, Procurement, Payroll and Budget Planning with a higher-education lens.</span></li><li><span>Lead functional design, configuration oversight, and approval for all Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and EPM module changes.</span></li><li><span>Manage the Oracle Cloud Finance roadmap, including evaluation of new features, impact assessments, and alignment with university strategic goals.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with Research Administration, Budget, Enrollment Management, Auxiliary Services, HR, and IT to ensure financial processes and financial reporting support academic, research, and student operations.</span></li><li><span>Oversee quarterly Oracle release readiness, including regression testing, training updates, and communication to business officers and departmental users.</span></li><li><span>Strengthen data governance and reporting accuracy, including stewardship of the chart of accounts, payroll elements, cost center manager security, faculty/staff costing, project/grant attributes, and audit trails.</span></li><li><span>Lead user enablement across campus, including creation of SOPs, training materials, knowledge articles, and support models tailored to departmental business officers.</span></li><li><span>Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, monitoring KPIs, and recommending policy or workflow changes to improve service delivery.</span></li><li><span>Champion Oracle best practices, reducing customizations and ensuring strong alignment with higher education and public sector financial requirements.</span></li><li><span>Manage computer replacement cycle for Finance division.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Required Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;
