self-administration and compliance of residential clients’ medication, and complete supporting documentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #212121\">Responsibilities</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #212121\">:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Safeguard and observe the self-administration of approved client medications in accordance with regulations required in residential substance use disorder settings.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Act as a liaison with Social Services Manager or Director of Nursing for medication approvals.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Record all incoming medication in the medication inventory log, ensure medication is approved.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Monitor clients’ ongoing medical issues and report changes to the Social Services Manager.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Report medication responses to the appropriate physician via the Social Services Department.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Alert Social Services Manager about all client illnesses, client accidents, injuries, and any other medical issues.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Complete Daily Medication Review Audit.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Update and ensure the accuracy of clients’ medication records- including logs, inventory pages, and medication administration records.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Document medication handling notes and care coordination notes in EHR within the designated timeframe.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #212121\">Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color:
