You will capture and document insights from the field, contribute to early-stage synthesis, and help surface patterns and opportunities that can inform program design and decision-making. This role requires strong listening skills, curiosity, cultural awareness, and the ability to engage people respectfully in their everyday environments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 16, 73); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB TYPE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 16, 73); font-size: 10pt\">This is a short-term, independent contractor role base</span><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 16, 73); font-size: 10pt\">d in Ethiopia</span><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 16, 73); font-size: 10pt\">. The work will be primarily field-based, with some remote collaboration required.
