This role sits at the heart of software and IT investment decisions—ensuring projects are properly reviewed, governed, and financially classified in line with capitalization policies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you enjoy working cross-functionally, thrive in detail-oriented environments, and want visibility into enterprise technology initiatives, this is a strong next step in your career.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It for You?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hybrid Flexibility – Work from home Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday</li>\n <li>High-Impact Work – Support enterprise-level software and IT capital initiatives</li>\n <li>Cross-Functional Exposure – Partner with Finance, IT, PMO, Governance, and Compliance teams</li>\n <li>Process-Driven Environment – Apply clear policies to real-world technology investments</li>\n <li>Career Growth – Deepen expertise in Capital vs Expense classification and IT financial governance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Review, validate, and coordinate project intake requests for software and IT initiatives</li>\n <li>Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal capitalization policies</li>\n <li>Route intake requests through supporting governance teams efficiently</li>\n <li>Partner with project managers, finance teams, and IT stakeholders to resolve intake questions</li>\n <li>Support accurate financial classification of project activities (Capital vs. Expense)</li>\n <li>Maintain strong data integrity across intake tools such as JIRA and SharePoint</li>\n <li>Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of intake and governance processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience You Should Possess</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> 3–5+ years of experience in project coordination, intake support, finance operations, or similar roles</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of Capital vs Expense financial treatment</li>\n <li>Experience supporting software or IT infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in structured, process-driven environments</li>\n <li>Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Background in PMO support, IT governance, or business analysis</li>\n <li>Exposure to software capitalization or IT financial tracking</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience using JIRA and/or SharePoint for intake workflows</li>\n <li>Experience working within formal approval or governance frameworks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education & Certifications You Need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field</li>\n <li>Equivalent professional experience will also be considered</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p><strong>At Trissential, we believe in flexibility, transparency, and supporting your career growth while you deliver meaningful results for our clients.</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong> Competitive Compensation – $35–$45 per hour.
