      "content": "<li>Assist new franchises and the franchisor team during the onboarding stage with large and small equipment choices, employees, and operational setup.</li><li>Travel to locations throughout the Mid-West Region to assist with the launch of new Franchises within the territory</li><li>Perform periodic on-site visits for established locations and provide recommendations for improvements and growth.</li><li>Promote the safety culture, ensure adherence to the ANSI Z133 Safety Standards.</li><li>Consult with Owners weekly to provide support and recommendations on business operations, sales, profitability. Discuss operational issues with owners to include technical support, tree care operations, equipment issues and needs and safety</li><li>Perform monthly business review calls for each location in the region to review the P&amp;L, budget, monthly financial ratio checklist (MFRC) and KPIs to identify issues and help the franchisee with an action plan to correct these issues.</li><li>Position reports to the Director of franchise operations and safety.</li><li>Travel between 30% &amp; 50%</li>"

      "content": "<li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in the green industry preferred</li><li>ISA or State Arborist Certification preferred or the ability to obtain one</li><li>CTSP Certification preferred or the ability to obtain one</li><li>Experience in the Plant Health Care service line.</li><li>Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a residential/commercial tree care business including sales support.</li><li>Knowledge of small business principles.</li><li>Ability to analyze a profit and loss report and identify issues affecting profitability</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Familiar with ANSI Z133 safety standard</li><li>Familiar with ANSI A300 standards</li><li>Experience in sales support</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Strong organization, time management and planning skills</li><li>Position is remote and candidate needs to be located in the Mid-west region of the U.S.</li>"
