Other duties may be assigned.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:justify;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner by getting along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, and all other employees.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all quality system procedures and requirements related to the position.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Must adhere to all safety rules and company policies, as well as enforce the compliance and implementation of each through subordinates.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Attendance/punctuality: &nbsp;is consistently at work and on time; ensures that the Attendance Policy is enforced consistently through subordinates.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Has responsibility for completing all quality checks and paperwork associated with job tasks.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Setup and changeover machinery and equipment according to the priorities of the production schedule.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Installation and removal of molds in injection presses.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Setting of process parameters and process limit alarms.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Setting of equipment safety features and low pressure mold protection.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Connection of water, hydraulic and air lines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Connection and checking of any mold protection switches.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Installation and removal of peripheral equipment (chutes, conveyors, etc.).&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Ensure that the required raw materials are staged in the workstation.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Complete mold travelers as required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Ensure that the process parameter sheet is reflected in the actual machine settings.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Tool Room to ensure machine is producing a quality part.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Must have the ability technically to understand processes in association with mold set-up and manufacturing operations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Must be able to start a press and bring product up to an acceptable measure at &ldquo;start-up;&rdquo; as well as note any changes on a &ldquo;PROCESS NOTICE&rdquo; sheet.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Provide operator assistance as required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Responsible for working with tool engineering and other departments as needed for development of new product.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Must have basic knowledge of materials and the injection molding process.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Must maintain a clean and organized work environment.</span></li></ul></div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:justify;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:justify;'><strong><u><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Qualifications:</span></u></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:justify;'><strong><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:justify;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
