Overview The Grounds Helper position offers an opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces. This part-time, seasonal role entails assisting with various grounds maintenance tasks for up to 26 hours weekly, with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time position. Responsibilities Lawn Upkeep: Ensure the lawns are well-maintained by mowing, edging, and watering as needed to uphold a neat and tidy appearance. Trash Removal: Regularly patrol the grounds to collect and dispose of litter and debris, contributing to a clean and inviting environment for residents and visitors. Weeding: Identify and remove weeds from flowerbeds, pathways, and other landscaped areas to preserve the aesthetic quality of the grounds and promote the health of plants. Raking/Sweeping: Perform raking and sweeping tasks to clear leaves, branches, and other debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas, enhancing safety and appearance.
