Founded in 2009, Paga now serves millions of users and businesses across Africa and beyond.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT THE ROLE</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Marketer</span>—a high-level individual contributor who is a master of the craft. This role isn't about managing a large tea; it’s about <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">owning execution and strategy</span> for our most critical product lines.</p>\n<p>You are a \"full-stack\" marketer who can pivot from high-level strategic positioning in the morning to writing high-converting UI copy in the afternoon. You will be the primary link between the product's technical capabilities and the customer's lived experience, ensuring that every feature we ship solves a real problem for Nigerians.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Narrative &amp; Messaging:</span> Develop the core value propositions and messaging frameworks for Paga’s consumer and merchant offerings. You ensure our voice is consistent, empathetic, and clear across every touchpoint.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">End-to-End GTM Ownership:</span> Lead the execution of go-to-market plans for new features. You aren't just overseeing the plan; you are building the assets, coordinating the emails, and ensuring the \"in-app\" experience matches the marketing promise.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Advocacy:</span> Act as the internal expert on our users. You’ll conduct interviews and dive into user behavior data to provide the Product team with actionable feedback that shapes the roadmap.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lifecycle Marketing:</span> Work closely with the Growth team to design and optimize triggers, notifications, and educational content that move users from \"signed up\" to \"power user.\"</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive Intelligence:</span> Stay three steps ahead of the fintech curve. You’ll monitor competitors and market shifts to ensure Paga remains the preferred choice for payments.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales &amp; Agent Support:</span> Equip our massive agent network and sales teams with the narrative tools, one-pagers, and localized content they need to drive adoption on the ground.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHO YOU ARE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Master Practitioner:</span> You have a deep toolkit. You know how to draft a push notification sequence and analyze a cohort retention chart yourself.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Bridge Builder:</span> You can talk shop with Engineers and Designers while also being able to translate \"tech-speak\" into benefits that resonate with a market woman in Kano or a tech founder in Yaba.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execution-Focused:</span> You thrive on getting things done. You take pride in the quality of your output and the speed of your delivery.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fintech Enthusiast:</span> You aren't just looking for a job; you are obsessed with how technology can solve the \"money problem\" in Africa.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing. We are looking for someone who has \"been in the trenches\" at a fast-growing tech company (Fintech experience preferred).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Writing Excellence:</span> You must be an exceptional writer.
