We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Stock Manager.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Stock Manager is responsible for maintaining  a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer serviceas well as managing the team responsible stocking items on the shelves and ensuring the neat, orderly condition of the store. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer service:</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Not a supervisory role</strong></li>\n <li>Ensure customer service goals are continuously met</li>\n <li>Formulate and enforce picking goals for each area/zone of the warehouse. </li>\n <li>Ensure dock to stock for most lines within 72 hours. </li>\n <li>Work with purchasing to develop and implement procedures for unloading orders from vendors and stocking them on our shelves.</li>\n <li>Ensure trucks/ trailers are efficiently and accurately loaded/ unloaded to support the efficient movement of goods and materials to their destinations to fulfill commitment to our customers and support sales objectives. </li>\n <li>Work with dispatchers and outbound production team to enhance customer service via delivery vehicles.</li>\n <li>Check in and post orders from hubs and vendors</li>\n <li>Maintain an accurate count of inventory</li>\n <li>Assist parts pullers to locate and identify parts</li>\n <li>Handle damaged deliveries, report damaged merchandise to shippers and vendors</li>\n <li>Coordinate with store manager and purchasing on inventory updates and replacements</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Oversee operations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a meticulous standard for cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe working environment.
