The Custodian will adhere to established procedures, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and contribute to a professional and safe workplace for all employees.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p>· Perform cleaning and sanitation duties in production, warehouse, and office environments.</p><p>· Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.</p><p>· Remove and properly dispose of waste and recyclables.</p><p>· Safely operate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.</p><p>· Monitor supply levels and notify supervisor when replenishment is required.</p><p>· Comply with facility safety standards and PPE requirements.</p><p>· Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications</strong></u></p><p>· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p><p>· Previous custodial or janitorial experience required; industrial setting preferred.</p><p>· Ability to work independently with attention to detail.</p><p>· Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.</p><p>· Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, etc.).</p><p>· Reliable attendance and punctuality.</p>",
