    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><h2><strong>APO Claims Specialist</strong></h2><p><em>Asbestos, Pollution &amp; Other Latent Liabilities&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>(Hybrid within 60 miles of Manchester, NH or Garden City, NY, otherwise fully remote)</em></p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced <strong>Claims Specialist</strong> to manage a diverse portfolio of asbestos, pollution, and other latent liability claims. In this role, you&rsquo;ll handle claims involving <strong>primary, umbrella, and excess coverage</strong>, partner closely with defense counsel and internal teams, and help drive effective, well-reasoned claim resolutions.</p><h3><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Manage a moderate to high volume of asbestos, pollution, and latent liability claims</li><li>Review loss notices, interpret policy coverage, and establish appropriate reserves</li><li>Coordinate defense counsel, expert witnesses, and peer carriers</li><li>Evaluate liability and damages; support litigation strategy and settlement negotiations</li><li>Maintain accurate diaries, reserves, and claim documentation</li><li>Collaborate with the Reinsurance team on reporting and recovery efforts</li><li>Support due diligence requests and travel as needed</li><li>Maintain required adjuster licenses</li></ul><h3><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>3&ndash;5 years</strong> of claims handling experience or related background</li><li>Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, litigation management, and reserving</li><li>Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h3><strong>Education &amp; Credentials</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience required</li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> JD, CPCU, SCLA, or CCLA</li></ul><h3><strong>Why Join Us</strong></h3><ul><li>Work on high-impact, complex claims</li><li>Collaborate with experienced legal and claims professionals</li><li>Competitive compensation and growth opportunities</li><li>Health Reimbursement account that pays you to golf, exercise, and more!</li></ul><p><br></p><p>#LI-Remote</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
