This isn't a standard architectural drafting role; you will be the link between complex Structural Engineering intent and precision CNC manufacturing.</span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will be responsible for taking \"Issued for Construction\" (IFC) models and developing them into high-fidelity <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shop Drawings</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CNC-ready files</span> for our hotwire cutting machines. If you love seeing your digital work turn into physical products in real-time, this is the role for you.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production Modeling:</span> Develop detailed 3D models and 2D shop drawings in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Revit and Rhino</span>, ensuring all structural and fabrication tolerances are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BIM Coordination:</span> Manage model data within a BIM environment (ACC - FORMA), ensuring version control and seamless handovers between Engineering and Production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CAD Translation:</span> Utilize <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rhino</span> to prep complex geometries for CNC cutting, accounting for material kerf and heat-melt variables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drawing Interpretation:</span> Read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings to identify potential clashes before they hit the factory floor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration:</span> Work directly with the Technical Production Lead, Factory Manager and CNC Operators to optimize cut paths and reduce material waste.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Mastery:</span> High proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Revit</span> (Families and Detailed Modeling) is non-negotiable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Versatility:</span> Proven experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rhino</span> (&amp; Grasshopper)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BIM Literate:</span> A solid understanding of BIM workflows, Level of Development (LOD 400), and collaborative data environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Industry Background:</span> 3+ years of experience in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production, Fabrication, or Construction</span> environment.
