The ideal candidate shows enthusiasm and a passion for excellence.<br><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Overview:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Assist in building and tuning racing shock absorbers to the highest quality standards and closest tolerances.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Operate test equipment, such as a shock dynamometer, to verify if the shock's performance meets standards.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a clean work environment including tools and test equipment, both between jobs and at the end of the day. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Follow current processes and procedures but not be afraid to discuss other ideas for improved efficiency and/or quality. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Assist in shock building, track testing, durability testing and documenting test result data, even test failures for possible future use, of prototype and production parts</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll need to succeed in this position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to operate/read measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators etc.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to stand and work with your hands continually, manipulating shock internals.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Must recognize and acknowledge the high moral quality and goodwill of the company. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of data acquisition and data analysis is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Must understand and acknowledge that the employee is exposed to trade secrets or other information that is proprietary to AFCO and must agree to maintain the confidentiality of both.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of data acquisition and data analysis is a plus.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Shift:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are currently working  Monday through Friday (7 AM – 3:40PM) .<br><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We’ll take care of you – here’s how!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">We put our employees first and care about your well-being and personal life.
