The <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Proposal/Marketing Professional for Transportation</strong> <strong>&amp; Infrastructure</strong> will be based in <strong>Columbus, OH&nbsp;</strong>and will have oversight over marketing strategies and select client, pursuit and proposal development in WSP’s Central Region for the Transportation and Infrastructure business line.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Your Impact</p><ul><li>Partners with local transportation business leadership to develop client-focused strategies and tactical action plans for growing WSP’s market share with established and emerging client accounts including reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Collaborates with local business leaders to drive WSP’s business development process for pursuits and proposals, sales pipeline development, and industry visibility plans</li><li>Leads and supports pursuit pre-RFP through proposal, interview and close-out phases including partnering with all WSP resources to drive overall strategy and sales approach, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and WSP</li><li>Develops and provides feedback on key sales messages, themes, and differentiators for transportation and infrastructure pursuits</li><li>Oversees pursuits and makes sure they are in alignment with WSP’s standards</li><li>Collaborates with technical staff to write, review, and edit original content for clarity, compliance, and key messages</li><li>Works with graphic design staff to plan, create, and produce graphics to effectively communicate the strategic visions</li><li>Coaches and leads presentation teams, facilitates meetings, develops interview strategy, coaches and provides feedback to presenters, and prepares teams for Q&amp;A</li><li>Leads debriefing activities post procurement&nbsp;</li><li>Works with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills</li><li>May participate in professional development activities (e.g., SMPS, WTS) to enhance business acumen and industry relationships\\</li><li>Exercises responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures</li><li>Serve as a quality control review for sales and business development material</li><li>Ensures compliance with sales and business development policies and procedures, including audit requirements and proposal quality</li><li><p>Performs additional responsibilities as required by business needs.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in A/E/C industry</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Possesses a strategic mindset and sound judgment</li><li>Ability to build trust and influence others</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other software programs</li><li>Excellent organizational and coordination skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures is required</li><li>Must have demonstrated experience managing standard and complex proposals from onset to conclusion with general guidance</li><li>Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate large, diverse teams</li><li>Must possess a strategic mindset</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Mentoring experience preferred</li><li>Interest in automation and other emerging technologies</li><li>Involvement in industry organizations</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-NZ\">WSP Benefits:</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-NZ\">WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
