    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Barista (Trainee)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Department: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Infrastructure - Social Enterprises</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Schedule: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Part-time (16-20hrs/week), On-site</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> $19.13 per hour + tips </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Description:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> The Liminal Coffee Barista Trainee learns and supports the daily operations of Liminal, </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lighthouse Mission Ministries’ nonprofit coffee shop and job-training environment.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> This role is responsible for completing the training program, expressing exceptional customer service, supporting baristas, actively preparing for other employment, and maintaining a welcoming, orderly environment that embodies LMM’s values of hospitality, dignity, restoration, and hope.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate fully in the barista training program, developing a foundational understanding of coffee, beverage preparation, and café operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Engages in weekly check-in’s with mentors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supports daily café operations including opening/closing duties, cleanliness, and quality control.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supports inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Leads by example in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Encourages a positive, professional, and grace-filled work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contributes ideas to enhance team morale, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicates effectively with all staff and supports organizational goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participates in all-staff and team meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Embraces and uses LMM’s grace-based accountability philosophy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Any other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Organizational Relationships:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Works independently and collaboratively with other team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Represents LMM to vendors and outside agencies in the course of daily work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reports directly to the Liminal Lead Manager and Assistant Manager.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Agreement with the Lighthouse Mission’s Statement of Faith and adherence to the Life &amp; Personal Covenant, as outlined in the Employee Handbook.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A passion for serving Jesus and making the Gospel known through mercy ministry.
