As a Commercial Relationship Manager I, you’ll support business clients by building strong relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. In this role you'll Develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial clients. Actively market a broad range of bank services to meet the needs of business owners. Negotiate loan terms and conditions within your scope of authority. Prepare and present credit analyses and recommendations for borrowing requests. Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk through ongoing analysis and accurate risk rating. Perform periodic credit reviews to maintain overall portfolio quality. Build awareness of the bank through community involvement and networking. Assist loan support staff to ensure efficient relationship management. Follow all internal policies, procedures, security standards, and government regulations. What we're looking for You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required). You have 2 or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required). You understand that an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. What helps you shine You have a proven ability to develop and manage new business relationships. You communicate effectively with strong relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills. You bring a solid understanding of local markets and client needs. You apply strong financial and analytical skills to underwrite and structure commercial credits. You understand treasury management products and their value to business clients. You stay current on federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.
