      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>4–7 years of construction project management experience with a degree<br>OR</li>\n<li>10+ years of directly related construction experience without a degree</li>\n<li>Experience supporting subcontracted and self-performed work</li>\n<li>Government contracting exposure is a plus</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred</li>\n<li>Equivalent construction management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and project execution</li>\n<li>Experience with scheduling, subcontract management, estimating, and cost controls</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to navigate active construction sites, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed</li>\n\n</div>"
